Payment Methods

Soluvery uses PayPal and/or Stripe as its payment gateways. This means Soluvery does not have access to your credit card or banking information. For more information, please visit the payment gateway websites.

Cancel Your Subscription Renewal

To cancel the renewal of your subscription:

Email Us: Send a cancellation request to [email protected].
Access the Stripe Customer Portal:
- This allows you to self-manage your subscription:
  - Update or change payment methods (e.g., switch to another credit/debit card)
  - Update billing information (name, billing address, Tax ID, etc.)
  - Manage or cancel subscriptions
  - Manage invoices
  - View your payment history

Note:

Monthly and yearly subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period.
You can cancel automatic subscription renewal at any time.
To avoid auto-renewal and being charged again, please ensure your cancellation request is submitted at least 5 business days before the renewal date.

Cancellation Details:

Canceling a subscription renewal does not terminate the service immediately. It stops PayPal or Stripe from collecting future payments.
Canceling does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund. Refunds are processed separately and are subject to our refund policy.
Only the registered subscriber can request a cancellation or refund. If a different email address is used for the cancellation request, authentication procedures will be implemented to ensure account ownership.

Refund Policy

Soluvery offers refunds under the following conditions:

Duplicate Charges: If you are charged twice by PayPal or Stripe for the same subscription.
Unused Yearly Subscription:
- A refund will be provided only if the yearly plan is never used after the initial purchase date.
- No refunds will be issued if the plan remains unused after any renewal date.

Additional Refund Details:

When a refund is granted, the subscription will immediately terminate.
All refunds will be sent back to the original payment method. The refund will be processed in the currency you originally selected.
Payment gateway fees (Stripe and/or PayPal fees) may be deducted from the refund amount.
